Fincas
Fincas are typical Spanish rustic properties in the countryside.
Plots of land are also known as Fincas. For search purposes we will consider only Fincas that are rustic properties.
Masia
These are stone built farmhouses located in the Cataluña province ie. Costa Brava
Villas
Villas are modern detached properties normally based in a residential area.
